For such families, the state has special policies and subsidies and enjoys the treatment of two women. Urban residents who have permanent residence and have given birth to a girl, and have obtained the honor certificate of the parents of the only child (residents whose parents have no fixed jobs) (referred to as "one female household" families); Families in rural areas who have given birth to two daughters in line with the policy and consciously implemented sterilization measures (referred to as "two-female households" for short); Rural families who give birth to a daughter in line with the policy and voluntarily stop giving birth (enjoy the treatment of "two female households").
