Shenzhen Social Security Beijing Medical Reimbursement

1, long-term overseas personnel must go through medical treatment procedures in different places. Otherwise, medical expenses in different places cannot be reimbursed.

(1) Fill in the Registration Form of Designated Medical Institutions for Social Medical Insurance of Insured Persons in Shenzhen (in triplicate);

(2) Select three local public medical institutions above the town (township) level as their medical institutions, and report them to the local social security agency for examination and seal after being sealed by the medical institutions;

(3) by the insured unit or I hold the registration form stamped with the official seal of the unit to the social insurance institution for the record;

(4) If it meets the requirements of local medical records, the social insurance institution shall issue a record certificate.
