As long as it is employed by the unit, social security payment is not based on the nature of the account.

Social security is paid jointly by the unit and individual employees. The specific payment ratio of the five social insurances varies from place to place, but it is roughly as follows:

Endowment insurance: units and individuals pay 20% and 8% of individual wages respectively;

Medical insurance: units and individuals pay about 10% and 2% respectively;

Unemployment insurance: units and individuals pay about 2% and1%respectively;

Maternity insurance: the unit pays about 0.8%, and the individual does not pay;

Industrial injury insurance: the unit pays about 2%, and the individual does not pay.
