Legal analysis: registered unemployed people in cities and towns can apply for social insurance subsidies for flexible employment if they meet the following conditions:

(a) women over 40 years of age, men over 45 years of age (hereinafter referred to as "4045" unemployed) and moderately and severely disabled people;

(two) engaged in domestic service in the community and form a service relationship with community residents, or engaged in bicycle repair, recycling of renewable resources, convenient haircut, fruit and vegetable retail and other community service work. Social insurance subsidy standard for flexible employees:

(2) Unemployment insurance is based on the monthly minimum wage of employees at the end of last year, with a subsidy of 1.5%, and individuals pay 0.5% according to the ratio of 2%;

(3) The basic medical insurance is based on 70% of the average monthly salary of employees in this city last year, with a subsidy of 6% and individual contribution 1%.

If the social insurance payment standard of this Municipality is adjusted, it shall be implemented according to the new standard.

Legal basis: Article 29 of the Social Insurance Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) stipulates that the medical expenses incurred by the insured shall be paid by the basic medical insurance fund and directly settled by social insurance agencies, medical institutions and pharmaceutical trading units. The administrative department of social insurance and the administrative department of health shall establish a settlement system for medical expenses in different places to facilitate the insured to enjoy the basic medical insurance benefits.
