3, the application for change of registration unit to submit complete materials, by the social insurance agency issued by the social insurance change registration form, and by the application for change of registration unit in accordance with the law truthfully filled out by the social insurance agency, after examination and approval of the social insurance registration file of the unit of social insurance contributions.

If the content of the change of registration of social insurance involves changes in the content of the social insurance registration certificate, the social insurance agency shall withdraw the original social insurance registration certificate and reissue the social insurance registration certificate according to the changed content.
