What procedures and process materials are needed for social security transfer in Bengbu?

Social security transfer refers to the process of pension insurance relationship transfer when the insured person is employed across the overall planning area. Social security transfer needs to go through three processes, the insured only needs to apply, and the rest of the work is transferred by the social security departments of the two places.

Treatment conditions

When the insured person flows across the overall scope, he may apply for the transfer and connection procedures of the pension insurance relationship.

Handling materials

Transfer across the scope of overall planning:

1. The insured unit shall fill in the Social Insurance Personnel Change Form (in duplicate), provide the organization management book or the approval of supernumerary employees, personnel transfer documents, the original and photocopy of the salary standard approved by the human resources and social security departments, and attach the certificate of insurance payment and the pension insurance relationship transfer form issued by the pension insurance agency in the transfer place;

2. After accepting the application, the business department shall send the Contact Letter for the Transfer and Continuation of Endowment Insurance Relationship to the original insured place of the transferred personnel;

3. After receiving the basic endowment insurance relationship transfer and connection information table and the transferred endowment insurance fund sent by the original insured place, the business department shall go through the connection procedures for the transferred personnel, verify the payment base and payment amount of the personnel, and change the collection plan of the unit.

Transfer out in the whole range:

1. The insured unit shall issue a letter of introduction for the transferred personnel to apply for transferring out of the overall scope, and provide a copy of the personnel ID card;

2. After accepting the application, the business department will issue the Insurance Payment Voucher to the transferred personnel;

3. After receiving the Contact Letter on the Transfer and Continuation of the Basic Endowment Insurance Relationship from the social security agency in the newly insured place, the business department shall issue the Information Form on the Transfer and Continuation of the Basic Endowment Insurance Relationship to the social security agency in the newly insured place to handle the fund transfer procedures.

Treatment process

The process of moving to the whole scope:

1, unit application; 2. Submission of materials; 3, business department audit acceptance; 4. Receiving the transferred materials; 5. Confirm the transfer to the fund.

Cross-plan transfer-out process:

1, the unit is applicable; 2, business department audit acceptance; 3. Receive the "contact letter" of the newly insured place; 4. Transfer funds.
