Social security card replacement process and matters needing attention:

(a) by the insured unit unified through the online reporting system of the Municipal Social Security Bureau or to the social security business window to declare and print the business card print list.

Log in to www.szsi.gov.cn → click on the online declaration, select CA-certified secure login or non-CA-certified secure login → apply for the labor security card number, and wait for the social security department to review and confirm → enterprises print the list of labor security cards.

(1) The Application Form for the Change of Social Insurance Information Business of Employees and Individuals in Shenzhen shall be filled in if it is declared by the enterprise.

(2) Persons who belong to the individual payment window need to fill in the Shenzhen Social Insurance Individual Payment Application Form.

(2) The holder of "Shenzhen Employee Medical Insurance Certificate" or "Shenzhen Social Insurance Certificate" shall provide a digital photo receipt when renewing the social security card;

When applying for social security, the holder of "Labor Security Card" does not need to provide the receipt of digital photos (except when the original photos of the insured are wrong or the photos are replaced with new photos), but a copy of the ID card is required.

(3) Submit the above materials to the social security voucher window, pay the business card printing fee and get the business card receipt. After 20 working days, you can get the social security card at the social security voucher window of our city with the receipt of the business card.
