Minimum social security base in Chuxiong, Yunnan

Recently, with the approval of the Yunnan Provincial People's Government, the Yunnan Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security issued a notice, deciding to raise the minimum wage in the province from September 1 day.

On July 22nd, the People's Social Welfare Department of Yunnan Province issued the Notice of the People's Social Welfare Department of Yunnan Province on Adjusting the Minimum Wage Standard, which adjusted the monthly minimum wage standards in the first, second and third regions of Yunnan Province from 1.420 yuan, 1.270 yuan and 1.070 yuan respectively. The hourly minimum wage in the first, second and third categories was adjusted from 12 yuan,1Yuan, 10 yuan to 14 yuan, 13 yuan, 12 yuan respectively, and increased by/kloc. The adjusted minimum wage will be implemented from September 20 15 1 day.

It is reported that compared with previous years, this year Yunnan Province has adjusted the regional categories where the minimum wage standard applies to three counties: Chenggong District and Songming County have been adjusted from the second-class areas to the first-class areas; Adjust Deqin County from the third-class area to the second-class area. At the same time, the Notice requires all localities to strengthen supervision and inspection of the implementation of the minimum wage standard, and promptly correct and deal with employers' violations of the minimum wage.

What do the three types of areas mean?

The applicable areas of minimum wage in Yunnan Province are divided into three categories according to the economic and social development level of county-level administrative regions.

Category I: Wuhua District, Panlong District, Xishan District, Guandu District, Chenggong District, Anning City and Songming County of Kunming City.

Second-class areas: Kunming and other counties under the jurisdiction of Dongchuan District; Counties (cities, districts) where other states and municipal governments are located; Other cities and Yulong County and Deqin County.
