social security photos in PHOTOSHOP inside how to crop, 24-bit RGB true color is set from where, urgent urgent urgent!!!!!

First use photoshop to open the need to crop the social security picture;

then in photoshop inside the left menu bar to find the crop tool;

mouse to select the need to crop the region, hold down the mouse to stretch the selection box;

selected area to determine the right-click on the cropping menu, click on the crop;

Confirmed! Save As (shortcut key Ctrl+Shift+Alt+S) save the picture there set to save as a 24-bit true color;
