Transfer procedure:

1. The financial department of the military logistics (joint logistics) organ issued the Payment Certificate of the Pension Insurance for Spouses of Unemployed Soldiers (see annex).

It shall issue a written application for the transfer and continuation of the old-age insurance relationship, issue a payment voucher for the old-age insurance of unemployed dependents, and fill out the Application Form for the Transfer and Continuation of the Basic Old-age Insurance Relationship (see Annex 2).

3. The social security agency of the newly insured place or the place where the household registration is located shall accept the application form and related materials for the transfer and continuation of the basic old-age insurance relationship according to the regulations, and review them. From the date of acceptance 15 working days, the basic old-age insurance relationship transfer and connection letter shall be issued to the financial department of the military logistics (joint logistics) organ (see Annex 3).

4. The financial department of the military logistics (joint logistics) organ shall, within 15 working days from the date of receiving the Contact Letter on the Transfer and Continuation of the Basic Endowment Insurance Relationship, fill in and transmit the Information Form on the Transfer and Continuation of the Pension Insurance Relationship of the Spouses of Unemployed Soldiers (see Annex). Handle the corresponding fund transfer and terminate the pension insurance relationship during the military period.

5. The social security agency in the newly insured place or the place where the household registration is located shall complete the relevant procedures within 15 working days after receiving the Information Form on the Transfer and Continuation of the Pension Insurance Relationship of the Spouses of Unemployed Soldiers and the transfer of funds.
