The minimum wage standard for full-time working hours is: 4.89 yuan in the first-class area; Second-class areas, 4.48 yuan; Three types of areas, 4.08 yuan; Four types of areas, 3.68 yuan.
The minimum wage standard for part-time working hours is: Class I area, 9.3 yuan; The second district, 8.6 yuan; Area III, 7.8 yuan; Class IV area, 7 yuan.
The monthly minimum wage standard for coal mine workers is: underground miners 1.600 yuan, underground auxiliary personnel 1.400 yuan. At the same time, the minimum hourly wage for underground miners and auxiliary personnel will be correspondingly increased, which are 9.2 yuan and 8.05 yuan respectively.
On the whole, the minimum wage in the province increased by 15.5% on average, with the highest increase of 18% and the lowest increase of 12% according to different regions.

According to the analysis of Shanxi Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security, the minimum wage is raised this time, involving nearly10.35 million employees in nine industries including wholesale and retail, accommodation and catering, construction and leasing services, which is on the verge of minimum wage.
The relevant person in charge of the Shanxi Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security reminded that the minimum wage refers to the monetary wage paid by the employer to the workers, deducting the following items: overtime pay; Allowances under special working conditions such as middle shift, night shift, high temperature, low temperature, underground, toxic and harmful, driving, etc. ; Welfare treatment of employees stipulated by laws, regulations and the state.
In view of the minimum wage standard, human and social departments at all levels will organize personnel to give lectures to employers. "In particular, it is emphasized to employers that the minimum wage standard is only a guarantee standard, not a distribution standard. The minimum wage standard cannot be used as the payment standard for unit wages, and it is impossible to increase corporate profits by reducing wage costs. " The relevant person in charge of the Provincial People's and Social Welfare Department said that some employers included special post allowances and overtime pay in the minimum wage standard, and misinterpreted and violated the minimum wage guarantee system by increasing labor quotas, reducing piece-rate wages, and extending working hours at will. This practice will be corrected in time.
In April and May this year, the Shanxi Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security will also organize a province-wide special inspection. Workers who find that their wages are lower than the local minimum wage can consult or complain to the labor security hotline 12333 or the local labor security supervision institution, or apply to the labor dispute arbitration institution for arbitration to safeguard their legitimate rights and interests.
