How to transfer the endowment insurance from Ningbo to Fenghua, and what are the procedures?

Contact the insured payment unit in Fenghua and apply to the local social security for issuing a notice of transfer of old-age insurance relationship in different places. Its contents include: social security address, contact information, bank address, account number, and social security seal of the newly insured place. Then take this certificate to the original insured place (namely Ningbo) to go through the relevant procedures. Upon completion, the social security agency will remit all the expenses in the individual endowment insurance account in Ningbo to the account of Fenghua Social Security Center, and then continue to participate in insurance in Fenghua.
