How can the company compensate for not paying social security according to the regulations?

The Company's failure to pay social security payments as required is as follows:

Social security base declaration process:

1, waiting for the notice from the Social Security Bureau. It is generally necessary to adjust the new social security base. There will be a formal notice in the relevant groups of the Social Security Bureau, and the Social Security Bureau will issue a formal red-headed document, which will be subject to the official document, instead of blindly adjusting the new base, so as not to affect the legitimate rights and interests of all employees;

2. Go to the Social Security Bureau to copy the relevant forms. After the formal notice, we have to confirm this base adjustment with the department heads. Then go to the corresponding window of the Social Security Bureau to copy the form. And print out the form;

3. Calculate the new social security base according to the document requirements. The document will inform the calculation method of the new base, and if it fails to reach the minimum level, it will be paid at the minimum level;

4. Inform employees to sign. After the new base is worked out, we will print out the copied form and inform them of the adjustment of the base according to the above-mentioned personnel list. Employees can confirm the signature if it is convenient, and consult the signature if it is inconvenient.

5. Prepare the personnel change table. If someone adds or subtracts the personnel change form in the current month, remember to prepare the personnel change form in advance and stamp it. Back up when reporting;

6. Social Security Bureau's new base declaration. Next, you can declare with the employee confirmation signature form, commitment letter and electronic version. The staff will calculate the new social security project payment according to the data imported from the electronic version, declare and copy the insurance details to you.

If the employer fails to apply for social insurance registration, the social insurance administrative department shall order it to make corrections within a time limit; If no correction is made within the time limit, the employer shall be fined more than one time and less than three times the amount of social insurance premiums payable, and the directly responsible person in charge and other directly responsible personnel shall be fined more than 500 yuan and less than 3,000 yuan.

If the employer fails to pay the social insurance premium in full and on time, the social insurance premium collection agency shall order it to pay it within a time limit or make up for it, and from the date of default, an overdue fine of 5/10000 shall be added daily; Failing to pay within the time limit, the relevant administrative departments shall impose a fine of more than one time and less than three times the amount owed.
