(II) In order to facilitate the declaration and improve efficiency, after the insured unit declares the payment base online, it shall sign and seal the electronic version or scanned copy of the Commitment Letter on the Declaration of Social Insurance Payment Base (Annex 2) as required and send it to the official mailbox of the corresponding department of the social security agency.

The insured payment unit shall truthfully declare in accordance with the relevant provisions of the "Regulations on the Administration of the Declaration and Payment of Social Insurance Fees" (DecreeNo. twentieth of Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security Municipality). All units are requested to sign the "Personal Signature and Publicity Form for Wage Payment of Insured Employees" (Annex 3) and keep it for future reference.
