What is social security?

Legal subjectivity:

Social security is paid by employers and employees themselves, and it is more cost-effective. Where a worker establishes a labor relationship with an employer, the employer shall pay various social security fees for the worker, and part of the social security that the worker himself needs to pay may be remitted by the employer.

Legal objectivity:

Article 2 of the Social Insurance Law stipulates that the state shall establish social insurance systems such as basic old-age insurance, basic medical insurance, industrial injury insurance, unemployment insurance and maternity insurance, so as to guarantee citizens' right to receive material assistance from the state and society in case of old age, illness, industrial injury, unemployment and maternity.
