It should be noted that the state has made some provisions on the reimbursement conditions of male maternity insurance, and the reimbursement conditions are as follows. First, the man should conform to the national family planning policy and statutory fertility conditions. What do these two articles mean? First of all, it must conform to the national family planning policy, and second, it must conform to the statutory birth conditions. If the man is under the legal age of marriage, then he will definitely not enjoy this maternity insurance. Second, the event that the man's employer paid the maternity insurance premium for the man lasted for more than ten months. If you have just joined the work, the company has paid the maternity insurance premium for you for less than ten months, for example, only half a year. Sorry, you can't enjoy the reimbursement of maternity insurance. The third requirement is that the woman is not covered by maternity insurance. The last requirement is that your spouse has not participated in maternity insurance, which means that the woman's unit has not paid maternity insurance for your spouse. If the woman's unit also insured her for maternity insurance, then your spouse needs to apply for reimbursement of maternity insurance, rather than reimbursement or subsidy through the man's maternity insurance.
