Second, families with two or more registered residents in this city have no self-owned houses or only 1 set of self-owned houses in this city, or adult single households with registered residents and non-registered residents in this city have no self-owned houses in this city.

In Chengdu High-tech Zone, Jinjiang District, Qingyang District, jinniu district, Wuhou District, chenghua district, Longquanyi District, Xindu District, Wenjiang District, Shuangliu District and Pidu District, newly purchased commercial housing or second-hand housing shall meet the following conditions at the same time:

First, the purchaser has the household registration in the above-mentioned areas, and Chengdu is directly affiliated to Tianfu New District, South Park of High-tech Zone, or the household registration in the above-mentioned areas, but has been stably employed in the above-mentioned areas and has paid social security for more than 24 months.

In qingbaijiang district, jianyang city, Dujiangyan City, Pengzhou City, Qionglai City, chongzhou city City, Jintang County, Xinjin County, Dayi County and Pujiang County, the purchaser should have local or non-local household registration, but he has been in stable employment in this city and has paid social security 12 months continuously.
