First, the provident fund deposit consists of two parts: the employee's individual provident fund deposit and the employee's unit provident fund deposit, which belongs to the individual employee.

Monthly contribution of individual provident fund = average monthly salary of employees in the previous year × contribution ratio of employee provident fund.

The monthly deposit amount of the provident fund paid by the unit for the employees = the average monthly salary of the employees in the previous year × the deposit amount of the unit provident fund.

Tips: the proportion of provident fund payment

The basic deposit ratio of housing provident fund is: unit 12%, individual 9%, and the maximum deposit ratio of housing provident fund for both units and employees does not exceed 12%.

Each deposit unit may, according to its own production and operation, appropriately reduce the deposit ratio of housing provident fund in stages, but the minimum deposit ratio shall not be less than 5%.

Second, social security payment is divided into two parts: unit payment part and individual payment part.

The social security payment base generally refers to the salary of the current month.

Specific social security contributions are as follows:

Endowment insurance, units and individuals pay 20% and 8% respectively.

Medical insurance, units and individuals pay 12% and 2% respectively.

Unemployment insurance, units and individuals pay 2% and 1% respectively.

Maternity insurance units pay 0.60%, and individuals do not pay.

Work-related injury insurance units pay 2%, and individuals do not pay.
