Does the army have social security?

Servicemen have social security, and five insurances and one gold are borne by the state. In fact, 20 14 is a cut-off point for soldiers to buy insurance. Before 20 14, it was regarded as payment, which means that active servicemen can enjoy social security benefits without paying social security during their service. After 20 14, the military social insurance system was reformed, and social security accounts were not established during service, but were established after retirement, and the troops settled in one lump sum, and were transferred to new social security accounts funded by the central government.

The Military Service Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) stipulates that soldiers (conscripts) do not have to pay social security by themselves, and the old-age insurance, housing accumulation fund, medical care and accident insurance are paid by the government. Conscripts do not buy unemployment and maternity insurance.

Social security, that is, social insurance, is a social and economic system that provides income or compensation for those who have lost their labor force, temporarily lost their jobs or suffered losses due to health reasons. This is a non-profit social security system. Social security mainly includes endowment insurance, medical insurance, unemployment insurance, industrial injury insurance and maternity insurance, which is what people call "five insurances" in reality. Since 2008, the endowment insurance in social security is still overall.
