Official website shows that Fuyang Municipal People's Government has clear standards, and does not distinguish between diseases and deductible lines for poor people, low-income people and people out of poverty. Relief shall be given to poor dependents at 100% of the remaining compliance expenses of hospitalization (including outpatient service for chronic diseases and special diseases) after reimbursement according to the basic medical insurance and serious illness insurance, with a ceiling of 15000 yuan. For the minimum living security object, 70% of the remaining compliance expenses of hospitalization (including chronic and special disease outpatient service) after reimbursement of basic medical insurance and serious illness insurance will be given assistance, with a ceiling line of 10000 yuan.

For the poor population, assistance shall be given according to 10% of the total hospitalization compliance medical expenses (including outpatient service for chronic diseases and special diseases), and the amount of assistance shall not exceed the remaining compliance expenses after reimbursement of basic medical insurance and serious illness insurance, and there is no capping line.
