6. Payment book printing: the page will automatically jump to (step 3) payment book printing, and click Download Payment Book or Print Payment Book: Download Payment Book means to download and generate the word document of Non-tax Income Payment Notice for printing in the printing shop; Printing payment book means printing non-tax income payment notice directly on the web page, which is suitable for users with printers.

7. Personal payment: The whole online application process is completed after the payment slip is printed. Applicants must hold the Notice of Payment of Non-tax Income to ICBC, Agricultural Bank of China or China Construction Bank and obtain a financial receipt before they can wait for the notice.
