Article 3 The basic medical insurance for urban residents in Ankang will be insured before the end of 2008, and there is no waiting period; Residents who are insured for the first time after June 5438+1 October1in 2009, or those who are released from insurance after insurance and re-insured, will be subject to a waiting period of 6 months (they will not enjoy medical insurance benefits during the waiting period).

Newborns who interrupt other types of social medical insurance within 2 months after birth and continue to receive medical insurance for urban residents within 2 months have no waiting period for medical insurance benefits.

Fourth urban residents should apply for renewal of insurance within the prescribed time limit for reporting and paying fees. If they don't apply for renewal within 2 months, they will be regarded as out of insurance. Stop enjoying medical insurance benefits during the insurance period.

From July 1 day to June 1 day, 2008, the payment period for centralized declaration of medical insurance in the second half of 2008 and 2009, and from June 1 day to June1day for the next year.

Article 5 The basic medical insurance for urban residents in Ankang City is based on household registration, and it is insured as a whole. The family population is based on the household registration at the end of 2007.

Sixth insurance registration and payment procedures

When registering for the first time, you must provide your family residence booklet and your ID card (except for students and children without ID cards), and 4 bareheaded photos of the insured. The following personnel must also provide relevant materials:

1. Medical insurance certificate of family members who have participated in the basic medical insurance for urban workers or the new rural cooperative medical system.

Residents whose household registration has changed during the renewal period shall provide relevant information on the change of household registration; The subsistence allowance personnel provide renewal payment, receive subsistence allowance and issue the passbook of last month; The elderly over 60 years old in low-income families shall provide the current low-income certificate audited by the county (district) civil affairs department.

(3) In the insured year, if the insurance payment procedures are not handled within the centralized reporting payment period, the individual shall pay the annual insurance premium (including financial subsidy fees) in full, and shall not enjoy medical insurance benefits before the payment time.

Article 7 Payment standard

According to the spirit of Shaanxi government letter [2008] 105, the general standard of basic medical insurance for adult residents is 240 yuan per person per year, in which individual residents pay per person per year 160 yuan, the central government subsidizes 40 yuan, the provincial government subsidizes 28 yuan, and the total financial subsidies of cities, counties (districts) 12 yuan. The general standard of basic medical insurance for students and children residents is 100 yuan per person per year. Among them, students and children pay 20 yuan, central finance 40 yuan, 28 yuan, cities and counties 12 yuan every year.
