How to bind your family's electronic health insurance card

1. Download the "National Health Insurance Service Platform" APP, and parents will first log in to their own e-vouchers (parents who have not yet applied for e-vouchers will need to apply for them first).

2. After logging in, select "My", click "Add My Family Member", enter the interface of "Binding Method Selection", and select Select "Bind with ID number", click "Confirm". Then enter the "Family Member Addition Notice" interface, read and agree to it, select "I have read the Family Member Addition Notice", and click "I have read and agree to it".

3. Fill in the "Identity Information" and upload relevant materials as required. The "Personal Commitment" can be uploaded by clicking "View Example" or generated directly. You can take a picture of your account book and upload it.

4. After all the information and materials are filled in and uploaded, click "Add Account" (children over 16 years old need to be face authenticated), and the binding is successful.

For example, you can bind your family members through the third-party platform "National Health Insurance Service Platform".

After entering the platform, you can log in to your own e-medicare card, and then enter your personal center from "My".

You can see the "My Family Members" account binding portal, and follow the instructions to add your family members' e-vouchers.

If you need to add a family member younger than 16 years old, then directly "add account" can be associated, if you need to add a family member older than 16 years old, then after "add account", you also need to carry out the If the family member you want to add is older than 16 years old, then after "Add Account", you need to do "Face Verification".
