Wenzhou Municipal Maternity Insurance Reimbursement Standards

(1) In the case of miscarriage (including spontaneous abortion and induced abortion) under the third month of pregnancy or in the case of an operation performed on a pregnancy that is outside the uterus, the subsidy for the medical expenses will be 200 yuan;

(2) In the case of miscarriage or induced abortion under the third month (including the third) or more than the seventh month of pregnancy, the subsidy for the medical expenses will be 500 yuan;

(3) For induced abortion (including stillbirth and malformation) of more than 7 months (including 7 months) of pregnancy, the medical fee subsidy is 1500 yuan;

(4) For labor of more than 7 months (including 7 months) of pregnancy or premature labor of less than 7 months of pregnancy, the medical fee subsidy is 1800 yuan;

(5) For difficult labor, the medical fee subsidy is 2500 yuan (of which for cesarean delivery, the medical fee subsidy is 4000 yuan).

Social insurance agencies do not pay all maternity insurance benefits in any of the following cases:

(1) giving birth in violation of national, provincial or municipal family planning policies and performing unauthorized family planning surgery;

(2) the employee's unit has not participated in the maternity insurance or is in arrears with maternity insurance premiums;

(3) incomplete or untrue application materials ;

(4) Other non-compliance with the provisions of maternity insurance.
