Puyang labor resources social security bureau

According to the Notice of Puyang Municipal People's Government of Puyang Municipal Committee of the Communist Party of China on Printing and Distributing the Implementation Opinions on Institutional Reform of Puyang Municipal People's Government (Pu Wen [2009]173), Puyang Human Resources and Social Security Bureau was established as the working department of the municipal government.

(1) assigned responsibilities

1. Integrate the responsibilities of the former Municipal Personnel Bureau and the former Municipal Labor and Social Security Bureau into the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau.

2. Transfer the rural social endowment insurance responsibilities undertaken by the Civil Affairs Bureau to the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau.

(2) Abolish tariffs

1. The cancelled administrative examination and approval items have been announced by the municipal government.

2. Formulate the annual guiding enrollment plan for technical schools.

3. Comprehensively coordinate the labor and wage policies of foreign-invested enterprises.

4. Formulate the basic standards for enterprises to punish employees.

(3) Division of handover responsibilities.

Technical schools and vocational training institutions assess the ability to run schools to institutions or social intermediary organizations.

(4) Strengthen responsibility

1. Strengthen the overall planning of personnel management responsibilities of enterprises and institutions in the city, strengthen macro-control of income distribution, improve the labor income distribution system, and give full play to the advantages of human resources.
