Retired soldiers who meet the employment conditions in cities and towns shall continue the basic old-age insurance relationship in a timely manner in accordance with the relevant provisions of the state and the autonomous region. The second is the calculation of the treatment of the insured after the payment exceeds the statutory retirement age. When the insured reaches the statutory retirement age stipulated by the state, he shall promptly quit his post and go through retirement formalities in accordance with the provisions of the state and the autonomous region. For those who fail to go through the retirement formalities in time for various reasons and continue to pay fees, the payment period can be determined, and they can enjoy the basic old-age insurance benefits from the month after the administrative department of human resources and social security officially approves retirement. The third is the treatment of retirees after changing relevant information.
