1, yes, but before going to a designated institution in different places, the insured person should apply for referral to the social security department where the social security relationship is located, and can enjoy medical insurance benefits only after the local social security department issues a written opinion agreeing to the referral;

2. When going through the formalities: I should show my ID card, social security card and referral opinions issued by local designated institutions (issued by the designated medical hospital where the social security relationship of the parties is located);

3. Apply to the staff of designated institutions designated by the local social security department for referral procedures, and go to designated institutions in different places for treatment after being audited (sealed) by the local social security department;

4. After discharge, bring the discharge summary, hospitalization certificate, receipt and details, social security card, referral certificate and valid ID card issued by medical institutions in different places to the local social security department for reimbursement;
