2. Telephone enquiry:

The unified telephone number of the municipal endowment insurance center is 12333 (plus the telephone area code of the city where you live). At the same time, you can also inquire about the handling of endowment insurance, pension payment (payment), pension transfer and other issues.

3. Counter consultation:

You can also hold my ID card or social security card number directly to the endowment insurance agency of the municipal labor and social security department for inquiry.

Second, the transfer method is as follows:

Individual: submit a copy of ID card to the current insured unit.

Now the insured unit: hold a copy of the employee ID card to the local social security center to receive bank account number, bank and other information.

Individuals: submit the local social security account information to the original insured unit.

Original insured unit: go to the local social security to go through the transfer formalities with the information of the local social security account.

Required materials: social security exemption form, local social security account information (some are joint letters, letters of introduction and other forms), and some need to write an application for transfer in different places.

The local social security association will remit a part of the personal account of endowment insurance to the local social security, and give a transfer form of endowment insurance (or proof of the situation, which records the information such as the number of years of participation, the payment base, the amount remitted to the personal account, etc.). Some also have materials such as confirmation letter of fund transfer.

After the completion of the original insured unit, the old-age insurance transfer form (or proof of the situation), fund transfer confirmation letter and other materials will be handed over to me.

Individuals: Submit endowment insurance transfer form (or proof of circumstances), fund transfer confirmation letter and other materials to the insured unit.

Insured units: check with the local social security finance department whether the pension insurance transfer form (or proof of circumstances), fund transfer confirmation letter and other materials have arrived. If it has arrived, please ask the finance department to stamp the official seal on the transfer bill to confirm the account.

Then fill in the social insurance personal account transfer form (to be supplemented by the transfer form) (with my signature), and hold the insurance transfer form or payment details to the local social security for supplementary filling.
