1. 2. For minors, legal guardians (usually parents) are required to show their ID cards and household registration books.

(1) If the minor and his parents are not in the same household registration book or are in the same household registration book, but the relationship is not clear, they need to show birth certificate, marriage certificate (divorce certificate or divorce certificate decided by the court) and other auxiliary certificates; Or the guardianship certificate issued by the neighborhood committee; Or other documents proving that he is a guardian;

(2) If the agent is not a parent, ask the agent to produce relevant documents to prove his guardianship.

3. After receiving the social security card, you must activate it at the counter of our bank, and you cannot modify the password activation card on the self-service equipment.
