The employer holds the business license, organization code certificate and tax registration certificate of the enterprise to go through the work-related injury insurance registration formalities at the work-related injury insurance agency, and fill in the Registration Form for Enterprises to Bid for Work-related Injury Insurance.

2. Base declaration and rate determination

The employer shall declare the payment base to the industrial injury insurance agency according to the total wages of the previous year, and fill in the "Ningbo Industrial Injury Insurance Payment Base Audit Form" and "Ningbo Employer's Industrial Injury Insurance Insured List". The industrial injury insurance agency shall determine the unit payment base and rate according to the employer's total annual salary and the business scope approved by the business license.

3. Local tax collection

The employer voluntarily pays the work-related injury insurance premium of the current month to the local tax department on1-15th every month. For employers who fail to pay work-related injury insurance premiums on schedule, the local tax department will impose a compulsory levy according to the Regulations on the Collection and Payment of Social Insurance, and will charge a late fee from the date of default.

4. Fund payment

The agency shall prepare the fund use plan on a monthly basis and report to the Social Security Department of the Municipal Finance Bureau before the 25th of each month. After the audit by the Social Security Department of the Municipal Finance Bureau, the funds will be allocated to the industrial injury insurance fund expenditure households before the 5th of next month. Fund expenditures must be handled in strict accordance with the prescribed payment items and approval procedures.
