5. Personal payment: The whole process of personal online application is completed after the payment form is printed. Applicants must hold the Notice of Payment of Non-tax Income to the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China, Agricultural Bank of China or China Construction Bank to pay the fee, and obtain a financial receipt, so they can wait for the notice.
