The conditions for buying a house in Beijing include continuous payment of social security for five years, continuous payment of personal income tax in Beijing for five years, and a work residence permit in Beijing.

1. Pay social security for five consecutive years in Beijing.

Specifically, it is necessary to calculate 60 months from the last month of purchase, and social security must be paid continuously. If there is a breach of contract, it depends on how many months you have defaulted. In principle, within 60 months, 3 months are allowed.

Beijing has paid personal income tax for five consecutive years.

Similarly, 60 months from the month before the purchase, there is a tax every month, which must be continuous and the payment is invalid.

3. Have a Beijing work residence permit.

During my work in Beijing, I applied for the' Beijing Work Residence Permit' through my company. Also known as the "Beijing green card", you can also get the qualification to buy a house. Note that it is not an ordinary residence permit, but a work residence permit.
