Application conditions:

The employee pension insurance relationship of this unit is collectively transferred to another insured unit.

Handling materials:

1, the approval of the superior competent unit or the written application of the transferred unit;

2. Collective transfer within the system, and others need to bring a transfer list;

3. For those who are not collectively transferred within the system, they also need to bring the resignation certificate of the transfer-out unit in Shanghai and the list of employees employed by the transfer-out unit in Shanghai (those who have gone through the resignation filing formalities do not need to bring it), and foreign employees need to bring the resignation registration form and the employment filing registration form of foreign employees in the transfer-out unit.

Copies of materials shall be stamped with official seals.

Processing flow:

1. If it conforms to the handling procedures, the handling institution shall print the Checklist in duplicate, and the clerk and the handling institution shall hold one copy respectively.

2. If the materials are incomplete and can be filled in, the agency shall print the acceptance receipt in duplicate, which shall be signed by the clerk, and each agency shall hold one copy. The handling agency will return all materials.

3. If the handling institution does not meet the handling requirements, it shall print the handling receipt in duplicate, which shall be signed and confirmed by the handling personnel, and each party shall hold one copy. The handling agency will copy all the materials and return them.
