(4) After the new insurance agency receives the basic old-age insurance relationship and funds transferred by the social security agency where the original basic old-age insurance relationship of the insured person is located, it shall complete the relevant procedures within 15 working days, and notify the employer or the insured person of the confirmation in time. (5) Accumulated calculation of the payment period of the old-age insurance, and there is a gap in the middle, which can be supplemented or not.
