I. Job responsibilities

(a) to implement the laws, regulations, rules and policies of the state, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the central government on human resources and social security; Draw up the development plan, annual plan and policy measures of human resources and social security in the whole flag, and organize their implementation, supervision and inspection.
