How to transfer the social security card of household registration?

Legal analysis: 1. After the parties move into the household registration, they should bring their ID cards, household registration books and social security cards. Consult the staff of the social security department where the household registration is located in advance;

2. On the premise that the local social security department agrees to accept the social security relationship of the parties, the relationship can be transferred and the payment can be continued locally.

Legal basis: Article 64 of People's Republic of China (PRC) Social Insurance Law includes basic endowment insurance fund, basic medical insurance fund, industrial injury insurance fund, unemployment insurance fund and maternity insurance fund.
