How to make an appointment with the Social Security Bureau?

Step 1: Log on to the website: Enter the online reservation system.

Step 2: Check the current booking situation and process. If you confirm the appointment, click "I want to make an appointment";

Step 3: Enter the social security registration number code, organization code, password (initial password is "0000") and verification code, and click "Login" after confirmation. If the information entered is correct, please read the "Appointment Agreement". If you agree, click Next to continue. If you don't agree, please quit directly. Step 4: Select the time to be processed, only the morning or afternoon of a certain day displayed in the system, and click "Make an appointment" after confirmation. Please note that you can only make an appointment once a day.

Step 5: Enter the number of units to be declared this time in "Please enter the number of handling units", and click "Submit" after confirmation. Please note that if you only apply for one company, please enter "1"; If you apply for more than one company at a time, please enter the total number of companies to apply for this time, and only "5" can be entered at most. At the same time, I remind you that since our time in the program is set according to the usage of the enterprise version, please use the enterprise version software to declare.

Step 6: Please pay attention to the prompt information on the page. You can click on the "reservation inquiry" module (or wait for a few seconds, and the system will automatically jump) to see if the reservation information has been approved. note:

1. Please check the status on the "Reservation Inquiry" page. If the status is "Appointment under Approval", please click "Appointment Query" again to refresh (or wait a few seconds for the system to refresh automatically) until the status changes.

2. If the reservation is successful, you can click the "View" button to view the details and print them; If you want to cancel this appointment, please click Cancel Appointment;

3. If you forget the appointment time, you can query it through the "Appointment Query" module.
