3. The insured must not have purchased social security in the Mainland: one of the conditions for purchasing social security is that the insured has not purchased social security in the Mainland. It is to avoid repeated purchase of social security and abuse of social security resources.

4. The insured person shall register with the unit or individual industrial and commercial households: to purchase social security, the insured person shall register with the unit or individual industrial and commercial households.
