1. Login users must obtain a digital certificate issued by Shanghai Digital Certificate Certification Center, and only after the certificate is passed can they log in to the related business run by the system. (Login address: IE browser version 7.0 or above is recommended)

2. Insert CA key into the USB port of the computer and enter the password: the initial password given by the digital authentication center after the insured unit opens the card service.
