The company is required to provide business license, organization code certificate, tax registration certificate, legal person ID card and other originals and photocopies (the unit with three certificates only provides business license and legal person ID card), and fill out the social insurance registration form in duplicate.
For new employees of the company who have joined the insurance, transferred to other posts or returned to work, the unit needs to operate through the online newspaper system, print the On-the-job Employee Increase and Decrease Table and the Social Insurance Enrollment Registration Form, and non-employees of the enterprise provide the original and copy of the labor contract.
Such as company personnel transfer, resignation, termination of labor relations, retirement (excluding medical insurance), etc. , the unit needs to operate through the online newspaper system, print the change table of on-the-job employees, and provide the original and photocopy of the transfer procedures, the certificate of dissolution of the relationship, the retirement approval form and other related procedures.
Article 57 An employing unit shall, within 30 days from the date of its establishment, apply to the local social insurance agency for social insurance registration with its business license, registration certificate or unit seal. The social insurance agency shall, within fifteen days from the date of receiving the application, examine and issue the social insurance registration certificate.
Where the social insurance registration items of the employing unit are changed or the employing unit is terminated according to law, it shall, within 30 days from the date of change or termination, go to the social insurance agency to handle the change or cancellation of social insurance registration.
