According to the Notice of the State Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security and the Ministry of Finance on Adjusting the Basic Pension for Retirees in 20 18 (Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security Fa 18), with the consent of the provincial government and the approval of Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security and the Ministry of Finance, it was adjusted from 20 18 to 1. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:

I. Scope of adjustment

20 17 12 3 1 retirees who have gone through retirement (post) procedures in enterprises and institutions and receive basic pensions on a monthly basis.

Second, the adjustment methods and standards

Quota adjustment

Within the scope of adjustment, retirees will increase 50 yuan per person per month.

(2) Hook adjustment

1, enterprise retirees will increase by 2. 1 yuan per month according to their payment years (including deemed payment years, excluding converted length of service). If the payment period is less than 10 year, it shall be calculated as 10 year. Then increase the basic pension by 65438+ 0.5% of my basic pension (including winter heating subsidy).

Retirees from government agencies and institutions will be increased by 1 year (calculated as 1 year for those who are less than 1 year) according to their payment years (including deemed payment years, excluding converted length of service). If the payment period is less than 10 year, it shall be calculated as 10 year. Then increase the basic pension of 65438+ 0.5% of the average pension level of the same position (rank) corresponding to my position (rank) when I retire (see the attached table for details).

For retired employees whose enterprises meet the requirements stipulated in the Labor Insurance (1983) No.3 document of the former Ministry of Labor and Personnel, the hook adjustment part shall be adjusted with reference to the standards of similar personnel in government agencies and institutions.

Three. Channels and distribution of funds

The funds needed to adjust the basic old-age pension are paid from the basic old-age insurance fund for enterprise employees; Those who participate in the endowment insurance of government agencies and institutions shall be paid from the endowment insurance fund of government agencies and institutions, and the insufficient part shall be made up by the same level.

The government at the next higher level is responsible for arranging funds and ensuring that funds are distributed in place. Did not participate in the basic old-age insurance for employees, the adjustment of the funds needed by the original channel to solve.

Fourth, the job requirements
