Rural endowment insurance enrollment process
1. The insured unit is the village (community, neighborhood committee), and the insured unit shall go through the registration formalities. The insured person fills in the "Registration Form for Participating in Old-age Security (Insurance) Units" when he is insured for the first time;
2. Those who meet the conditions for insurance shall bring their residence booklet, original and photocopy of their ID cards and one-inch bareheaded photos to the labor security management service station in their village (including neighborhood committees and communities, the same below) to apply for insurance. The village is responsible for the preliminary examination of the insured qualification and fill in the "Publicity Form for Farmers' Basic Old-age Insurance Insured Persons" for publicity for one week, and those who have no objection fill in the "Registration Form for Farmers' Basic Old-age Insurance Insured Persons" (hereinafter referred to as the registration form).
3. If the insured person is a soldier or a veteran, provide a military service certificate issued by the People's Armed Forces Department, fill out the Application Form for Government Subsidy for Active-duty Soldiers of Basic Old-age Insurance for Farmers, and report it to the town (street) labor security management service office.

After verification, sign the registration form of the insured, affix the official seal of the village committee, attach the second-generation ID card of the insured, a copy of the household registration book and other materials, and then report to the township labor security office.
3, the township trial
The township labor and social security office conducted a preliminary examination of the relevant materials for the registration of insurance reported by the village. After the examination is correct, the handling personnel shall sign the registration form, affix the township security office seal, timely input the basic information of the insured into the new agricultural insurance information system, and report the registration form, the second-generation resident ID card and the copy of the household registration book to the county agricultural insurance center.
4, the county agricultural insurance center review
The county agricultural insurance center shall timely review the relevant materials for the registration of the insured reported by the township, confirm the basic information of the insured entered by the township labor security, and establish a personal account for the insured; Sign and seal the insurance registration form, and file the relevant materials for the record.
