Handbook of social endowment insurance for employees

The Manual of Employees' Social Endowment Insurance (hereinafter referred to as the Manual) is a file system established by social insurance agencies for employees to participate in endowment insurance.

The Manual of Employees' Social Endowment Insurance is established for employees within the statutory scope according to the Decision of the State Council on the Reform of Enterprise Employees' Endowment Insurance System (Guo Fa [1991] No.33). Its contents mainly include: employee's name, age, gender, working hours, work unit, payment wage base, and payment of basic old-age insurance for enterprises and individuals, supplementary old-age insurance for enterprises and personal savings old-age insurance. The Manual is uniformly printed by the Ministry of Labor and Social Security, distributed to enterprises by labor and social security departments at all levels, and filled in and kept by the enterprises where employees work.
