How to apply for a county social security card?

If the same city resigns and doesn't get the social security card, will the money be merged before the new company's social security card is completed? The social security you pay should be registered with the Social Security Bureau, and it doesn't need to be transferred in the same city, so it should be in your social security account.

According to Article 50 of the Labor Contract Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), the employer shall issue a certificate of dissolution or termination of the labor contract when it is dissolved or terminated, and go through the formalities of transferring the relationship between files and social insurance for the employee within 15 days.

Laborers shall handle the work handover according to the agreement of both parties. If the employing unit should pay economic compensation to the workers in accordance with the relevant provisions of this law, it should pay it when the work handover is completed.

The employing unit shall keep the text of the dissolved or terminated labor contract for at least two years for future reference.

There is no need to go through the social security transfer procedures in the same city. You can take the written resignation report, social security number and identity certificate issued by the original unit to the new unit, and then the new unit will renew it. Social insurance premiums are accumulated, so the social insurance premiums you paid before are accumulated in your card.
