The number of insured types refers to the number of employees who participated in social insurance at the end of the reporting period (excluding retirees). The unit payment base refers to the total wages paid by the unit to pay social insurance premiums during the reporting period, which is calculated according to the payable caliber of the payment unit. The actual amount paid in this period refers to the social insurance premium actually paid by the unit during the reporting period, excluding overdue arrears and inter-annual (or inter-quarterly) advance payment. The accumulated arrears of the unit refers to the accumulated amount (principal) of social insurance premiums owed by the unit as of the end of the reporting period.

For example, a company should fill in the following data when filling in the social insurance related data in the 20 16 annual report for industry and commerce.

(1) The number of all kinds of insured persons is 2016+the number of all kinds of insured persons in the social insurance premium declaration form in June 2002;

(2) The unit payment base is 20161-kloc-0/2, the accumulated amount of total wages in the social insurance premium declaration form in February.

(3) The actual amount paid in this period is the total social insurance premium declared and paid by the company in the month of 201612 (excluding overdue amount and late payment fee).

(4) The accumulated arrears of the unit shall be the unpaid social insurance premiums that the unit has successfully declared (only the principal is filled, excluding the late payment fee).
