You can turn back to your hometown and continue to hand it in, but you can't withdraw it.

When leaving the company, the company is required to issue a certificate of termination of the labor contract, and ask Suzhou Social Security Bureau whether it is necessary to hand in the certificate of social security transfer to Yancheng, or directly hand in two outlets. If there is no internet connection, go through the transfer formalities directly at Suzhou Social Security Bureau.

After returning to your hometown and starting to pay for insurance, you can hand over the payment voucher of Suzhou to the social security bureau of the insured place.

If the social security of the two places is networked, you can pay directly back to your hometown.
