In order to further optimize the structure of the talent team, according to the relevant regulations on open recruitment of public institutions, it is decided to adopt an interview assessment method to openly introduce urgently needed and scarce talents to the whole country. The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:
First, introduce the object.
The introduction targets are college graduates who meet the job requirements and all kinds of high-level talents who are in urgent need of shortage, with a total of 5 1. For specific requirements, please refer to Minqin County 202 1 Job Requirements Table for Centralized Introduction of Talents in Urgent Need and Shortage (Annex 1).
Doctoral students and senior professional and technical personnel are not restricted by the conditions of introducing posts, and are introduced in the form of "one thing, one discussion".
Second, the introduction conditions
(a) with People's Republic of China (PRC) nationality, support the leadership of China * * *, good political and ideological quality, law-abiding, dedication, good conduct.
(two) have the qualifications, degrees, majors and other conditions required for the introduction of posts. Among them, candidates who have obtained multiple academic levels shall register according to the conditions consistent with the academic qualifications and majors required for the post.
(3) The age of undergraduate graduates is under 35 years old (1 born after May 1985 1), and the age of graduate students and doctoral students is relaxed to 40 years old (1born after May 1980/).
(four) in Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan, outside the country (territory) to obtain a master's degree or above, the graduate school must be ranked among the top 500 universities in QS world. At the time of registration, you must provide the overseas academic qualifications and degree certification materials of the China Study Abroad Service Center of the Ministry of Education.
(five) in any of the following circumstances, it shall not be introduced: the on-the-job staff of the organs and institutions affiliated to Wuwei City; Military personnel; All kinds of order-oriented students during the service period; Persons who form avoidance situations with the employer after introduction; Dismissed China * * * party member; Persons who have received criminal punishment; Public officials who have been dismissed; Persons who are listed in the joint disciplinary object of dishonesty according to law; Other persons who cannot participate in the recruitment as stipulated by laws and regulations.
Third, introduce the method, time and place
According to the online registration and preliminary qualification examination, hold a special job fair or send a talent introduction team, and introduce it by means of on-site qualification examination and interview assessment.
(a) online registration, qualification examination and interview assessment time:

2. Time for qualification review: 20219: 00 on May 26th-16: 00.

(two) qualification examination and interview assessment location:

Fourth, introduce the procedure.
(1) Register online. Applicants should fill in the application form (Annex 2), specify the position (each person is limited to one position), and send the application requirements (in PDF format) to the registration email mqxrcyj @163.com.
The registration requirements for fresh graduates are ID card, student ID card, graduate employment recommendation letter, tripartite agreement, transcripts and other relevant qualification certificates; The registration requirements for previous graduates are ID cards, diplomas, academic degree certificates and other relevant qualification certificates. On-the-job staff must provide proof that their units agree to apply for the exam (the registration of staff of government agencies and institutions must be approved by the units and their competent departments, organizations at the same level or human society departments).
(2) preliminary qualification examination. According to the information of the registration form and the registration requirements, the county talent introduction office will conduct preliminary qualification examination for online applicants, and notify those who meet the registration conditions to participate in the on-site qualification review. The registration information and necessary materials provided by the applicant must be true, accurate and effective. Those who cheat will be disqualified and held accountable.
(3) qualification examination. According to the requirements of the post, the county talent introduction office conducts on-site qualification examination on the registration conditions of candidates. Applicants must bring two 2-inch bareheaded photos and the original and photocopy of the registration requirements when participating in the on-site qualification examination. Those who pass the qualification review will receive an interview notice and participate in the interview assessment.
(4) interview assessment. The interview assessment is conducted by structured interview, which mainly tests the political quality, moral integrity, job-seeking motivation and the matching with the positions to be hired. If the ratio of the number of people entering the interview assessment to the index of the introduction plan is less than 1: 1, it is not competitive. With the consent of the county talent introduction office, an interview can be organized. If the interview score is lower than 85 points, the qualification for entering the next link will be cancelled.
(5) On-site signing. According to the interview and assessment results, the county talent introduction office determines the candidates to be introduced from high score to low score according to the job introduction plan, and signs the talent introduction agreement on the spot.
If the confirmed candidate to be introduced is unwilling to sign the contract for personal reasons, the qualification for signing the contract will be cancelled after the individual puts forward it in writing, and the contract will be signed in order from high score to low score according to the interview assessment results. Those whose interview score is lower than 85 will not be replenished.
(6) inspection and physical examination. An investigation team composed of the employing unit and its competent departments will investigate the ideological and political performance, law-abiding, moral quality, professional ability and school (unit, community) performance of the candidates to be introduced. The physical examination shall be arranged by the human resources department of the county-level organization in the general hospital at or above the county level, and the physical examination shall be conducted within the specified time and the physical examination conclusion shall be issued. Physical examination conclusions and appraisals of other hospitals are not recognized. If the inspection and physical examination are unqualified, the signed agreement is invalid and the employment qualification is cancelled.
(7) Promoting employment. Publicly inspect those who pass the medical examination. If there is no problem during the publicity period or it does not affect the introduction after verification, the employment procedures shall be handled in accordance with relevant regulations.

Introduce talents in short supply and urgent need to occupy the establishment of public institutions, implement the current post salary standard of public institutions, and enjoy the following policy treatment according to conditions:
(a) according to the introduction of doctors and senior experts, "double first-class construction of colleges and universities" master, "double first-class construction of colleges and universities" undergraduate students, respectively, by the financial government subsidies of 200 thousand yuan, 6.5438+million yuan, 30 thousand yuan.
(2) Doctors and full-time, senior experts, masters, deputy senior experts, normal students at public expense, and undergraduates of "Double-class Construction University" introduced by "Double-class Construction University" provide transitional turnover talent apartments in a unified way and live for five years free of charge.
(3) Introduce talents who are in urgent need and in short supply to purchase houses in Minqin. According to the standards of doctor, senior expert10.5 million yuan, master's degree of "double-first-class construction university" of 70,000 yuan and undergraduate degree of "double-first-class construction university" of 30,000 yuan, the finance will give them a one-time housing subsidy.
(4) The doctors and full-time and senior experts who have been introduced to the Minqin work, the masters and deputy senior experts of "Double-class Construction Universities", the normal students at public expense, and the undergraduates of "Double-class Construction Universities" who have worked in industrial parks and lakes, will be given a work subsidy of 5,000 yuan annually by the county finance during their work.
(5) Doctors and full-time senior experts, masters and deputy senior experts, normal students at public expense, and undergraduates of "double-first-class construction universities" introduced by "double-first-class construction universities" may be selected for the first time without being restricted by the proportion of their post structure when the number of places is insufficient.
(VI) Married doctors, full-time senior experts, master's and deputy senior experts, normal students at public expense, and undergraduates of "double-first-class construction colleges and universities" who are separated from each other across the city, upon their own application, will be coordinated and transferred to the corresponding units by the organization and human resources department according to the nature of their spouse's identity.

Other matters of intransitive verbs
(1) After registration, applicants should keep their contact numbers open. Those who fail to participate in qualification review, interview assessment and physical examination as required will be disqualified, and the consequences arising therefrom will be borne by the applicants themselves.
