Main responsibilities of Taizhou Human Resources and Social Security Bureau:

(a) to implement the principles, policies, laws, regulations and rules of the party, the state and the province on human resources and social security; Draft normative documents on talent development, personnel administration, labor and social security, formulate corresponding policies and implementation measures, and organize implementation, supervision and inspection.

(seven) in conjunction with the relevant departments to formulate policies for the distribution of wages and income of personnel of government agencies, enterprises and institutions, and establish a mechanism for the normal growth and payment of wages of personnel of government agencies, enterprises and institutions; To formulate welfare and retirement policies for personnel of organs, enterprises and institutions; To formulate policies for the management of total wages and wage plans of institutions directly under the municipal government and departments, and be responsible for the management and audit of personnel and total wages of municipal organs and institutions; Responsible for the macro-control of enterprise employees' wages.

(eight) in conjunction with the relevant departments to guide the reform of the personnel system of public institutions in the city, formulate the management policies of public institutions and government staff, and comprehensively manage the employment, assessment, training, rewards and punishments, open recruitment and post setting management of public institutions.
