1, the issuance of insurance payment vouchers. 4. Completion of the transfer. If the conditions for transfer are met, the "basic pension insurance relationship transfer contact letter" will be generated and sent to the social security institution of the original place of insurance of the insured person. Upon receipt of the "Contact Letter for Transfer and Continuation of Social Insurance Relationship", the social security institution in the original place of employment verifies the relevant information and generates the "Information Sheet for Transfer and Continuation of Basic Pension Insurance Relationship"; goes through the procedures of fund transfer; transmits the "Information Sheet for Transfer and Continuation of Basic Pension Insurance Relationship" to the social security institution in the new place of employment; and terminates the basic pension insurance relationship of the participant in the local place of employment. Upon receipt of the Information Form for Transfer and Continuation of Basic Pension Insurance Relationship and the transferred fund, the social security institution in the new place of employment will check the Information Form and the amount of transferred fund; credit the transferred fund to the integrated fund and the personal account of the insured person according to the regulations; and according to the Information Form and the materials provided by the employing organization or the insured person, supplement and perfect the relevant information to complete the transfer and continuation of the insurance relationship.
