Classification function of "citizen card"

The "social security card" records the basic information of citizens. Old-age insurance, unemployment insurance, medical insurance, industrial injury insurance, maternity insurance and housing accumulation fund are all unified on this card for social insurance benefits, employment registration and medical insurance expense settlement. "Business application card" is divided into three forms, namely, business card, student card and work permit.

The most commonly used card for citizens will be the "Shangdu Tongka". This card is similar to the bus card issued by the Public Transport Corporation, and has the function of small payment for public services such as water, electricity, cable TV and network usage fees. At the same time, supermarket chains, restaurants, taxis, road and bridge fees, vehicle refueling fees and property fees can also be included in the service scope, and the rail transit to be built in our city can also use this card to purchase tickets.

Student ID cards are mainly managed by electronic student status and municipal education departments, and are used for enrollment, entrance examination, campus management, etc. And the work permit records the dynamic information of the work unit, which can be used for applications such as access control management, employee attendance, office canteen and so on.

Students can get their student ID cards next month.

According to reports, Zhengzhou citizen card planning plan is ready to apply to the Municipal Development and Reform Commission for approval. Li Liushen said that the "citizen card" should be fully popularized and applied within two years, and the part with mature technology should be completed within one year.

According to the requirements of the municipal government, by the end of March this year, both the social security card and the business application card should come up with a specific integration plan and a clear transition timetable, while the bus card should be transformed into a "business card" before the end of March and be issued in the near future.

It is reported that in March this year, students studying in public schools in the city can take the lead in obtaining student ID cards to replace paper student ID cards, library cards, reading cards, meal cards and bus cards in the hands of some primary and secondary school students in the city. Students don't bear any expenses.

The medical card is expected to be launched this year.

"Citizen Card" can also realize the unified electronic medical record of the whole city through "diagnosis card". After the establishment of the "diagnosis and treatment card", patient data will be shared in all hospitals, reducing patients' repeated examination and treatment. You don't need to bring your past medical records when you change hospitals. The data stored in the card includes basic data (photo, name, sex, age, blood type and medical history) and medical information (recent medication and treatment information), which will be helpful for first aid and diagnosis and treatment.

It is understood that only Shenzhen and Zhuhai are planning electronic medical records at present, and Zhuhai is expected to become the first city in China to launch medical cards.
